Offer a range of programs and services to support people with addictions:
Smoking Cessation Clinic - offer pharmacotherapy and counselling related to stopping smoking
Addiction Shared Care - offer collaborative care between addiction physicians and family physicians for patients with substance use disorders
Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention - ten week aftercare group integrating cognitive-behavioral relapse prevention sills and mindfulness meditation practice
Toronto Centre for Substance Use in Pregnancy (T-CUP) - OB and addiction care offered to pregnant women abusing substances
Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) - brief support/referral for patients not currently connected to addiction recovery resources

Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) - brief support/referral for patients not currently connected to addiction recovery resources
- Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM) Provides low barrier access for patients seeking treatment for any substance use disorder. Patients do not need an appointment and are seen on a walk-in basis. This clinic will provide brief counselling, prescribe medications (including anti-craving medications for alcohol and buprenorphine/naloxone for opiate use disorder) and connect patients with community treatment programs.
