Addiction Shared Care - offer collaborative care between addiction physicians and family physicians for patients with substance use disorders
Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention - ten week aftercare group integrating cognitive-behavioral relapse prevention sills and mindfulness meditation practice
Toronto Centre for Substance Use in Pregnancy (T-CUP) - OB and addiction care offered to pregnant women abusing substances
Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) - brief support/referral for patients not currently connected to addiction recovery resources

Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM)
Provides low barrier access for patients seeking treatment for any substance use disorder. Patients do not need an appointment and are seen on a walk-in basis. This clinic will provide brief counselling, prescribe medications (including anti-craving medications for alcohol and buprenorphine/naloxone for opiate use disorder) and connect patients with community treatment programs.
