Description des services:
Provides support and services to assist individuals who are struggling with mental health issues and/or problematic alcohol, substance use and gambling issues
Offers the following services to clients:
Offers the following services to clients:
- Mobile crisis services
- Mental health assessments
- Individual counselling including grief counselling
- Psycho-educational group sessions
- Coordinated psychiatric consultations
- Community education and awareness
- External agency referrals
- On-going support and/or assistance
- Provides support and assistance to individuals who are living with a mental illness
- Provides access to specialized medical care using videoconferencing and other tele-diagnostic equipment
- Allows specialists to remotely examine and prescribe treatments to patients in their home communities
- Reduces the need to travel to receive care
