Birth to 18 years of age and challenged by various behaviors emerging as a result of mood disorders, attention deficits, abuse or neglect * other children and adolescents who can benefit from a stable family setting with experienced parent models are also assessed

A per diem rate is determined and paid by Ministry of Community and Social Services ( MCSS )
