Interact is a community mental health outpatient program designed to provide time-limited psychotherapy groups for adults 18 and over with a diagnosis of depression and/or anxiety * offers a range of specialized treatment groups that focus on anxiety, depression  and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) * Services are offered during the day to promote a return to employment or maintaining employment while receiving treatment.
