Referrals processed through Dilico Health Services by Registered Dietitian
Once referral is processed, participant will be notified and given voucher; amount depends upon family size
Vouchers are available once per week to a maximum of 15 weeks

Admissibilité / population desservie

Members of Gull Bay First Nation who meet one or more of the following:

Are referred by a Health Provider
Managing a chronic, dietary disease such as diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure etc
Experiencing regular gaps in accessing healthy, fresh food
Managing a health condition that would benefit from increased access to fresh produce
Willing to participate in surveys

Provides a voucher for participants to use towards buying fresh produce at the Kiashke Zaaging Anishinaabe Community Food Market that operates year-round

Partners with Roots to Harvest to offer the market
