Description des services:

Operates a primary care medical clinic consisting of family doctors, nurse practitioner and registered nurses

Provides access to other health care professionals such as social workers, dietitian, and diabetes educators within and outside of the Medical Associates

Coordinates documentation if patient receives care from a member of the team

Provides a walk-in clinic for urgent care

Offers primary health care including but not limited to:

Chronic disease management
Disease prevention
Health promotion
Mental health counselling
Nutritional counselling
Palliative care
Rehabilitation
