Supports for youth with mental health issues who are involved in the criminal justice system * acts as a resource to the courts and helps client and/or their families navigate the court process * services includes:
- assessment and service (diversion) planning
- short-term case management
- referrals to community-based health services
- referrals to psychiatric services
- support for family members and/or significant others
