Outpatient comprehensive health assessment consultations, assessment, treatment and management of youth up to 18 who are either using or at risk of misusing alcohol or other drugs. Parents and siblings may also receive support. Outreach, teaching and research components, with harm reduction, an open-ended format complementing treatment.
