Description des services:
This program provides counselling and treatment for adults aged 16 and up.
Virtual Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and peer support groups are available.
In person Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) are offered in person at Matthews House in Alliston.
