Cardiac care program offering three stages of supervised exercise and education based on patients' stage of rehabilitation:

supervised walking program for people waiting to participate in cardiac rehabilitation
supervised cardiovascular and strength program for people who have been identified as appropriate by Hamilton Health Sciences' Cardiac Rehabilitation Team
supervised graduate program for people who have completed their hospital program and are ready for community reintegration
