Description des services:

Works with young adults who are directly or indirectly involved in crimes related to guns, gangs, and human trafficking. Addresses the risk factors that make young adults vulnerable to violence, including exposure to family and friends involved in gangs; early onset of delinquent behaviors; substance use; lack of meaningful job opportunities; academic failure; lack of social and economic opportunities

Brings together community partners, when and if needed, in order to provide a continuum of intervention services that will engage and divert young adults who are currently facing charges. Engaging young adults in the development of an individualized care plan is an integral part of the Team Approach process. The program’s main components: Victim’s Impact, Education, Employment, Mental Health/Trauma, Housing, Problem Solving and Substance use
