Description des services:
Operates an emergency shelter providing homelessness and poverty related supports and services including:
- Overnight emergency shelter (46 beds)
- Warm beverages, light snacks and toiletries
- Use of showers and laundry facility
- Referrals to other services such as mental health, addictions, employment and housing supports
- Hosts individual and group programs from external agencies to provide socialization for patrons and learn life skills
- Assists with accessing services and housing options when possible
- Provides case management, assessment of risks and individualized treatment plans
