Description des services:
Specialized rehabilitation for adults whose lives have changed due to brain injury, stroke, and related neurological conditions.
- Acquired Brain Injury Rehabilitation Service (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on acquired brain injury rehabilitation to help patients restore function, or to teach them how to do things differently
- LIFEspan Clinic (Maintenance) Services and programs to meet the needs of youth and young adults with cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury as they transition from pediatric to adult rehabilitation services * provides a single point of access to specialized rehabilitation while helping patients learn how to manage their own care and navigate the adult system
- Multiple Sclerosis Rehabilitation Outpatient Services (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for people who have Multiple Sclerosis * goal is to help patients learn how to adapt to their condition and manage their own health
- Outpatient Stroke Services (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient program with a focus on stroke rehabilitation * therapy may be offered one-on-one or in groups, or through telehealth, when needed
- Spasticity Management Clinic (Progression) Assessment, consultations, and treatment for people with spasticity
