Mandate includes the planning and delivery of knowledge translation and education programs * creates linkages across stroke services including community agencies involved in health promotion, stroke prevention, emergency and acute care, rehabilitation and community re-integration * a Regional Stroke Steering Committee provides oversight to the delivery of the regional stroke network workplan
