Description des services:
A peer support program offering drop-in peer support, groups, vocational services, and a Recovery College
Drop-in support: members have access to games and crafts, can watch TV, enjoy a snack, connect with friends, join a peer group or social recreational activity. Peer Support Workers are available to help with goal setting, safety planning, or whatever members would like to talk about
Peer support groups: offer a safe space to share and support one another. Anxiety Group, Recovery Chat, Wellness Walks, and more
Recovery College: courses provide educational opportunities to learn about wellness and recovery, and earn a certificate. Courses include WRAP, Life Skills, Emotional Regulation and others with new offering three times a year
Vocational Support Workers: help with employment and education goals. Volunteer opportunities and vocational groups available. Some opportunities for scholarships or funding to support employment and educational goals
**After 4:30 pm on Tuesday and Wednesday, please us the Recovery West back entrance**
