This program is for youth who are:
- Education and skill building
- Employment
- Financial stability and literacy
- Health and wellbeing
- Identity, culture and belonging
- Recognizing your needs and advocating for them appropriately
- Completing paperwork and submitting applications
- Creating your long-term support network
- Referrals to community agencies
- Working through system challenges
This program is for youth who are:
- Aged 16-24
- Living in Oxford County
- Feeling overwhelmed by problems and not sure where to start
