Members of Eagle Lake First Nation who require:

assistance with Non-insured Health Benefits (NIHB) arrangements and forms, and/or
assistance with medical transportation due to age, illness or disability

Responsible for Medical Transportation assistance and processing Non-Insured Health Service claims for community and Band members

Submits medical appointment travel, mileage, meal and accommodation requests on behalf of individual
Assists with making travel arrangements
Maintains client documentation, receipts and related information
Provides transportation to medical appointments within the community and to medical/specialist appointments in Dryden, Winnipeg and Thunder Bay
