Description des services:
Provides residential services and supports for adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
- Offers individualized residential support services in individual apartments or person's home
- Aims to meet all aspects of the individuals needs, including but not limited to personal hygiene, cooking, cleaning, socialization, financial management and health
- Provides one to one personal support within the home or community
- Supports required are determined by the individual receiving supports and their families
