• in-home assessment
• information and referrals to community programs and services
• supportive counselling
• advocating for client needs and/or rights
• help client access appropriate services and resources

Supportive counselling is provided regarding elder abuse, finances, bereavement, managing family relationships/tensions, age-related future planning and support for family members/caregivers
