Members of the general public may purchase a membership or a day pass and are required to check in at the reception desk

Operates a wide range of facilities for athletics, fitness and recreation

Offers athletics and fitness activities focused on the development of a healthy lifestyle

Houses varsity basketball teams and other intercity and intramural sports

Operates the Field House and Hangar that offer various athletic facilities

Offers the following facilities at the Field House:

50m Pool
Change room facilities
Main gym
Weight room

Offers the following facilities at the Hangar:

200m indoor track
Aerobic Studio
Cardio/Weight area
Climbing wall
Soccer field
