Performs a variety of engineering and maintenance operations including:

Sanitary, storm sewer and water main break repairs, design, construction, rehabilitation and maintenance, including annual hydrant flushing
Inspections and minor repairs on bridges, roads and sidewalks
Maintenance of the Rosslyn Water Treatment Centre
Winter maintenance operations such as snow plowing and snow removal, as well as sanding and salting operations to provide for safe passage of vehicles and pedestrians
Summer maintenance such as dust control, roadside maintenance, grading and lane maintenance
Maintenance on road crossing culverts and driveway culverts
Responsibility for Municipal signs, entrance permits and fire numbers
