Intake assessment required
Complete physical examination and full complement of bloodwork required
Must be in good physical health
Clearance into program may take up to 2 months

Admissibilité / population desservie

Individuals 20 years of age and older
Must be physically dependent on at least one form of opiate (such as heroin, codeine, morphine, oxycontin)
Must have tried other possible treatments and have been unsuccessful

Offers multidisciplinary treatment planning

Provides counselling, support and case management

Provides referral services
