Provides education, information and resources on various mental health and developmental disability issues

Administers the following programs:

Person Directed Planning (PDP)

Identifies what individuals needs and wants are in relation to life in general (assistance from family requested)
Identifies individual's personal, educational, vocational, medical, and safety support needs in relation to wants
Connects and supports individuals in accessing resources to meet identified needs and wants of the individual
