Employer Engagement - provides one-on-one consultation, customized education, training and coaching for the recruitment, retention and workplace integration of newcomers

Mentorship Programs - brings together immigrant talent with volunteer mentors at regional companies * programs strengthen leadership, coaching and cross-cultural skills of company employees who volunteer their time and knowledge as a mentor to a skilled Canadian newcomer
