Weekly visits to the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre and the Stratford Jail are made to provide information, counselling and reintegration  support and assist people in correctional facilities plan for services required upon release.  Support letters can be provided to assist individuals in planning for their release.

Collect calls are accepted from all provincial and federal institutions

Inmates may place a request with the guards on duty to see a worker from the John Howard Society.  Referrals are accepted from any source, including family, friends, community members and an individual on the range.
