Diagnostic Imaging services - use specialized equipment to produce images of the inside of the body for the diagnosis and treatment of injury, disease, and medical conditions
Bone mineral densitometry (BMD) - Bone density test is used to measure bone mineral content and density. It is used to diagnose osteoporosis and can also determine your future fracture risk.
Computed Tomography (CT) scans - Diagnostic imaging test that uses a combination of X-rays and computer technology to produce images of the inside of the body * It shows detailed images of any part of the body
Echocardiography (Echo) - Sound waves of the heart for assessment of cardiac valves and function
Electrocardiography (ECG or EKG) - Test to record the electrical signals in the heart
Exercise Stress Testing - Heart stimulation on a treadmill, under the supervision of an internist
Fluoroscopy - X-rays and a fluorescent screen that captures real-time moving images of the body for diagnostic purposes
Gastrics and barium studies - Upper gastrointestinal series tests that examine the esophagus, stomach and duodenum * (first part of the small intestine) using a liquid barium suspension
General radiology (X-ray) - Type of radiation called electromagnetic waves * used to generate images of tissues and structures inside the body
Holter monitoring - Diagnostic testing of the electrical activity of an individual’s heart over a period of time, usually 24-48 hours, depending on symptoms
Ultrasound (U/S) - Imagine test that uses sound waves to create real time pictures or videos of the organs and soft tissues in the body * studies offer include: abdominal, obstetrical, venous doppler, thyroid, breast, scrotalm shoulder and select ultrasound-guided biopsies
