Aanii/Shekoli/Boozhoo/Hello Families,
Please check in with our Community Connector at the front desk to sign in for Playgroups and Events.
To avoid stressful/unhealthy transitions for children, we are kindly asking famlies to show up no later than 15 minutes before the end of a Drop In EarlyON Playgroup. Ensuring that we support healthy transitions in and out of play for our children 0-6 and their parents/caregivers.
Yaw^ko/Chii Miigwetch/Thank you!

Description des événements
Afternoon EarlyON Playgroup
Join us in our EarlyON Classroom where children aged 0-6 and their parents/caregivers can engage in child-led play with support from our wonderful team of RECE's. Trish & Kayla will facilitate early learning play and support child-led exploration and interests through mind, body, spirit, and heart. Children learn through play! Trish & Kayla will observe the children and their interests during the first 30 minutes of playgroup, where they will then begin to incorporate engaging games/activities/crafts to support their learning. To guide children by their gifts, it is important that children feel empowered through their expression.

Full Moon Ceremony w. Teresa Nicholas
For Indigenous Families, please join us at Nshwaasnangong for a Full Moon Ceremony facilitated by Teresa Nicholas from Oneida Nation of the Thames. This is the time to release energies, move blockages, and show our next generations how to care for ourselves during this time. Children are encouraged to attend and learn how their parents/caregivers process energies, thoughts, and feelings in a good way. We give thanks to our Grandmother Moon, that she continues to take care of us is her way and ensure that we are following the natural cycles of Mother Earth. We encourage parents/caregivers to bring an open mind and open heart.
