Community Indoor EarlyON Playgroup - Earl Nichols Recreation Centre (Drop In)
Join us at Earl Nichols Recreation Centre for fun interactive activities for children 0 - 6 years with their parent/caregiver. Enter through the main doors, our space is the first door on the left. Earl Nichols' EarlyON Playgroup will be closed December 15, 2024 until January 10th, 2025 and re-open January 17, 2025.
Exploring Through Play! (Registered)
Join Jenni each week to explore something new! This program is designed for children 3-6 years old with their adult. Due to the nature of this program younger siblings are unable to attend.

Intergenerational Program - Growing Together Through the Arts - Washi Paper (Registered)
Artist Gabriella will show a short video on how the Japanese handmade washi paper is made then you will explore ways to tear, cut, layer and collage hand-made Japanese washi paper. You will experiment with layering Washi paper with different textures and adding colour or lines with pigment ink pens for endless possibilities. We will use Japanese Nori Paste as an adhesive that is easy to work with. It is completely reversible in water, acid-free and dries invisible.
Outdoor Bilingual EarlyON Playgroup at Basil Grover Park (Drop In)
Come out to Basil Grover Park Wednesdays for a variety of fun activities and songs in both English and French every week. This is an English and French based playgroup for children (birth to 6 years) and caregivers, open to all families; no need to speak/understand French. Please Note:The Bilingual EarlyON Playgroup at Earl Nichols will close December 11, 2024 and re-open in the Spring 2025.
