Investing in Children's HARK After School Program is a FREE program that runs on Tuesdays at the Family Centre for students in grades 6, 7 and 8. HARK stands for Healthy, Active, Resilient Kids. They work to promote: healthy eating and nutrition, active living, and overall personal wellness that is developed through self-esteem and character building opportunities. Please note: This program is run by Investing in Children. Registration can be done on their website.

Join LUSO for the Adult Cooking with Company program. This is a free program and adults will be cooking in the community room at the Family Centre.
