Stir it up! In partnership with Merrymount, is a six week program that will have children and their adults:
§ Learning to cook
§ Learning about healthy eating
§ Trying new foods
§ Preparing healthy foods
§ Eating together
**Children must be at least 3 years old to participate. There is no childminding for younger siblings.**
Attendance at all 6 weeks is necessary for participation in this workshop.
