Adults with memory impairments (Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias) living in the community, and their family caregivers

Fees

In Home Respite Rate: Funded by Ontario Health (East): $7.50 hourly up to eight hours per week * additional time is paid privately - $22 hourly * subsidies are available
