Description of Services
Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people
remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral
to other community VON services
- Nursing - Trenton Nursing care to out-patients * addresses specific health-care needs of Ontario Health atHome patients such as intravenous therapy, wound care, or rehabilitation therapy * staffed by nurses
