Description of Services
Visiting Hospice - companionship and respite care providing emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness
Program Services:
Bereavement Services - trained volunteers provide one-on-one support to individuals and families grieving the loss of a loved one or friend
Bereavement Support Groups - held in various communities throughout the year where people can share their grief journey in a safe, confidential environment.

- Home Visiting/ Caregiver Respite
- Hospital/ Long-term Care Visiting
- Over-the-Phone Support
- One-on-One Grief and Bereavement Support
- Support Groups (see below)
