Description of Services

Visiting Hospice - companionship and respite care providing emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness

Program Services:

Home Visiting/ Caregiver Respite
Hospital/ Long-term Care Visiting
Over-the-Phone Support
One-on-One Grief and Bereavement Support
Support Groups (see below)

Bereavement Services - trained volunteers provide one-on-one support to individuals and families grieving the loss of a loved one or friend

Bereavement Support Groups - held in various communities throughout the year where people can share their grief journey in a safe, confidential environment.
