Description of Services
In partnership with St Joseph's Care Group; provides short-term counselling support to youth and their families
- Serves as a clinical 'bridge' in situations where a youth is in crisis and services are not available, or,
- A youth requires support in accessing further community services for issues related to:
- Criminal activity
- Human/sex trafficking
- Mental health
- Personal and/or family relationships
- Relationship violence
- Substance use
- Trauma
- Counsellors can meet youth where they are at to make a connection and start the conversation
- Designed for youth facing multiple barriers to well-being and success
