Description of Services
In partnership with St Joseph's Care Group; provides short-term counselling support to youth and their families
Serves as a clinical 'bridge' in situations where a youth is in crisis and services are not available, or,
A youth requires support in accessing further community services for issues related to:
Criminal activity
Human/sex trafficking
Mental health
Personal and/or family relationships
Relationship violence
Substance use
Trauma
Counsellors can meet youth where they are at to make a connection and start the conversation
Designed for youth facing multiple barriers to well-being and success
