Non-emergency supports for older adults who are experiencing mental health issues along with age-related challenges * services include:
- mental status assessment
- medication review
- counselling
- recommendations for treatment options
- education and follow-up for clients, family members, and caregivers
- connection to community services/resources
- advocacy with other community support services and family members
- home visits
