Description of Services
The program provides services that are geared to the family as a unit and targets families with information, programs, and services such as public education on healthy and active living, parenting, cultural sharing and self-empowerment, income security, conflict resolution, etc.

- interactive group sessions for individual and group cultural sharing, mutual support and encouragement, knowledge exchange, and transfer
- mutual support and encouragement opportunities
- parenting programs
- referrals to community resources such as child care, income security, employment, and health services
- interactive activities such as field trips and community barbeques, physical activities, winter clothing drives etc.
- volunteer and community engagement opportunities
