Description of Services

Support for people experiencing homelessness. Housing and support options for people living with mental health and/or substance use challenges, providing a safe, welcoming environment where people can access practical tools, learning opportunities, and meaningful community connections to support their overall well-being and quality of life

A health care team offers compassionate, person-centred support, including counselling, life skills development, individualized care planning, and recreational activities. Together, these supports help individuals build stability, strengthen independence, and move forward in their mental health and addictions recovery journey

About Us

SHIP is a non-profit, accredited, housing and health service provider, delivering services for over 30 years, to the Region of Peel, County of Dufferin, West Toronto and the Region of Waterloo. We work to support those with mental health and addiction challenges to increase their quality of life and live to their full potential through safe, affordable and supportive community based housing and services.
