Emergency Youth Homeless Shelter - Community Outreach Support
Shelterlink
supports youth experiencing homelessness, or at-risk of homelessness, through
prevention, advocacy, shelter, and community connection, services.
Shelterlink operates an emergency shelter and provides outreach services to homeless and at-risk youth across Perth County.
Shelter services are available 24/7 to help youth facing an immediate housing crisis.
Outreach services are available weekdays to provide support and resources to youth before a crisis occurs. - Housing Support and Prevention Program Information, referrals, and mentoring to at risk youth who are either living independently or considering a move to independence

Shelterlink Youth Services
Supporting
Perth County youth aged 14-24 experiencing homelessness, or at-risk of
homelessness, since 1991.
Shelter services include 24/7 support, shelter diversion, 15 short-term emergency beds, basic needs, and employment/educational resources.
Outreach services include prevention, family mediation, family reunification, trusteeships, community consultations and information sessions, and post-shelter support. - Youth Homeless Shelter (16-24 years old) - Youth Homeless Outreach Services (14-24 years old) Support for youth experiencing homelessness, or at-risk homelessness, through prevention, advocacy, shelter and community connection services.
