Description of Services

Education programs for people who have become involved with the criminal justice system

Practical services designed to inform and help clients with the criminal justice system, courtroom procedures and community integration * services include family court support on request, assistance with release preparation plans and re-establishment into the community and links to community resources * visiting program for inmates of the Elgin-Middlesex Detention Centre

Court Office - Practical and spiritual assistance to the accused and their families, witness, courts and those working in the courts * communication link and information service by offering moral/spiritual support, cell visits, arranging bail, transportation, and making referrals to accommodation or treatment centres * visits the court cells each morning to assist those arrested each night

  • Positive Lifestyle Program Positive Lifestyle Program - Individual and group support and practical services for persons at risk of becoming involved with or who  are currently involved with the criminal justice system * consists of ten life skills topics/workshops including stress management, anger management, goal setting.
