Description of Services
Community-based support for people living with mental illness
- Back On Track Program Provincially mandated program for convicted impaired drivers and drivers who receive two or more provincial alcohol or drug related driving offences
- Case Management Supports people to develop skills, increase self-sufficiency and become more connected with their community
- Community Wellness Offers opportunities for the development of leisure and life skills activities
- Employment Support Services Assists clients who are interested in preparing for employment opportunities
