Community-based support for people living with mental illness

Back On Track Program Provincially mandated program for convicted impaired drivers and drivers who receive two or more provincial alcohol or drug related driving offences
Case Management Supports people to develop skills, increase self-sufficiency and become more connected with their community
Community Wellness Offers opportunities for the development of leisure and life skills activities
Employment Support Services Assists clients who are interested in preparing for employment opportunities
