One Stop Talk

Children and youth under 18yeras of age can instantly connect with a therapist and develop a plan together to move forward and feel better.  

Tele-Mental Health for Children and Youth  
The Tele-Mental Health Service offers improved access to specialized mental health consults for children and youth in rural, remote and under-served communities using video conferencing. This includes First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Francophone children, youth and their families.

It lists services that provide assistance to individuals and families on limited incomes during times of financial hardship. The booklet is updated once a year, and is available for download (see below), or in print form from the City of London or at many social service locations in London.
