Fees

$24 per day * no eligible person will be denied services because of inability to pay (fee assistance is available) * additional fee for transportation

Description of Services

Day program for those with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia

Provides specialized social, cognitive, physical, creative activities, and recreation therapies such as horticulture, music, and pet therapy * staff trained in dementia specific care * transportation is not included in the program fee
  • secure environment
  • maximizes client independence
  • structured exercise routines and sport games
  • special events and themed days
  • guest speakers and entertainers
  • discussion groups and word games
  • art projects such as painting, crafts
  • caregiver respite
  • assistance with eating, walking, toileting and medications (no injections)
  • nutritious meals and snacks (including special diet accommodations)
  • programs adapt to changing abilities
  • foot care services available for an additional fee
  • transportation is not included in program fee

Our Adult Day Programs, known as “Clubs”, are designed for people living with dementia or other challenges and support each person’s individual interests, needs, and abilities
