Description of Services
Housing for men ages 18 and older in a 7-bed shared living building
Program includes:
housing-based case management
addiction and mental health support
independent life skills space
cooperative living skills
how to be a positive tenant/neighbor skills
private room and communal kitchen, bathroom, and living room
Meetings
required engagement with CMHATV work
one-to-one support - individual/goal-based
'house' meetings to build cooperative living
