Self and professional referrals are accepted. Clients are asked to contact directly when a professional referral is made. Individuals may call to make a self-referral and arranged an intake interview. Professionals should fax the completed referral form. Eligibility Criteria: Patients are referred primarily due to substance or alcohol use concerns. Individuals should be capable of abstaining from substance use for 12 hours before appointments and willing to engage in outpatient counselling and psychotherapy specifically tailored for addiction treatment.
