Medical and specialized services to patients who do not need to stay overnight
- Al and Malka Green Artists' Health Centre Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation services for members of the artistic community * access to a nurse practitioner and family physician
- Aneurysm Clinic Brain aneurysm assessment and treatment services
- Ankylosing Spondylitis Clinic Speciality clinic * support to client's with ankylosing spondylitis, a form of spinal arthritis
- Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome Clinic Medical treatment and blood work to patients with thrombosis (the formation of a blood clot inside a blood vessel) associated to antiphospholipid antibodies (antibodies that the body mistakenly produces against itself in an autoimmune response to phospholipids) * multidisciplinary team comprised of rheumatologists, hematologists and a specialized clinic nurse
- Arteriovenous Malformation Clinic Clinic which provides medical diagnosis of brain Arteriovenous Malformation and determines course of treatment
- Asthma and Airway Centre Specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and management of asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), allergies and other respiratory problems
- Bariatric Clinic Provide assessment to determine if clients are suitable candidates for bariatric surgery * follow-up care over a period of at least 1 year after surgery
- Cardiac Evaluation and Rapid Treatment Clinic (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient program for patients safely discharged from the emergency room with stable cardiac problems * services provided by cardiologists
- Cardiology Clinic Assessment and treatment of heart diseases
- Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program (Progression) Self-management, prevention, exercise and education program for people requiring cardiac program * multi-disciplinary services provided by dietitians, exercise rehabilitation supervisors, nurses or nurse practitioners and physicians.
- Combined Renal/Lupus Clinic Provide integrated care for patients with lupus kidney disease * comprehensive care program aimed at management of lupus nephritis and the long-term care of lupus renal patients to prevent long-term complications

Comprehensive Integrated Pain Program (CIPP) - Interventional Pain Service
Treat patients with chronic, neuropathic pain conditions:
- diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, including epidural steroid injections, spine facet joint blocks, injections into the hip, knee, shoulder or other joints
- radiofrequency ablations
- intravenous infusions of lidocaine and/or ketamine
- Cystoscopy Clinic Comprehensive treatment of bladder disease and cancer care * place a camera into the lower urinary tract to evaluate the bladder and prostate
- Dermatology Clinic Dermatology clinic that treats medical dermatology conditions, such as moles, rashes, psoriasis, eczema and lupus * surgical and cosmetic treatment of skin disorders
- Endocrinology Clinic Clinic specializes in managing complex hormonal diseases * care for ambulatory patients with diabetes, lipid ("cholesterol") disorders, thyroid disease (benign and malignant), osteoporosis and disorders of other endocrine organs such as the pituitary, parathyroid and adrenal glands
- Epilepsy Clinic Diagnosis and treatment to those with epilepsy * treatment to lessen the effect of seizures and improve quality of life
- Family Support Program Education about mental illness * assistance and support to clients and their caregivers to deal with mental illness in the family
- Fracture Clinic Management and treatment of orthopaedic issues * orthopaedic post-operative follow-up * clinical review of patients with acute fractures and injuries of the ligaments
- Genitourinary (GU) Clinic Provide treatment of bladder disease and cancer care
- Glaucoma Clinic Treatment to those with damage to the optic nerve * optic nerve imaging and visual fields * laser treatments * surgical techniques * glaucoma drainage
- Lupus Clinic Provide special care for patients with a diagnosis of lupus
- Memory Clinic Assessment and treatment of cognitive changes that include disorders of memory, language, thinking or personality * offer access to neurologists, geriatric psychiatrists, a geriatrician, a nurse, an occupational therapist and a social worker
- Movement Disorders Clinic Medical support to those with movement disorders, such as Parkinson's, dystonia, tremors, ataxia and other inherited conditions * assistance to manage the symptoms of the disease
- Neuro-Oncology Brain Tumour Clinic Diagnose and provide surgical treatment for patients with brain tumors
- Neuro-Ophthalmology Clinic Medical care for those with disorders of brain, nerves and muscles that affect vision * treat patients for problems that affect the optic nerve and pathways that carry visual signals to the brain and those which move the eyes
- Outpatient Hand Therapy (Progression) Hospital-outpatient rehabilitation for people who have had hand surgery * patients receive custom splints and braces as needed and learn therapeutic techniques * hand therapists are trained in occupational therapy or physiotherapy
- Pituitary Clinic Clinic treats patients with tumors and other disorders of the pituitary gland
- Pre-Admission Clinic Clinic for patients to be seen at least 24 hours before their surgery * evaluate health, identify risk factors and, if necessary, implement measures to prepare higher-risk patients for elective surgery * determine if further testing is necessary
- Psoriatic Arthritis Clinic Medical support and treatment to those with psoriatic arthritis affecting the joints, tendons and spine
- Psoriatic Disease Clinic Evaluate and screen clients to confirm the diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis * provide treatment options
- Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) A 24-hour service physically located in the Emergency Department. The team provides rapid triage, assessment, management and disposition for the adult mental health patient who required these services while in the Emergency Department. Designed to provide a safe, secure, and integrated environment where these assessments can take place.
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation Clinic (Maintenance) Self-management, prevention, and education rehabilitation for people with a lung disease or condition * patients learn about smoking cessation, coping techniques, proper nutrition, and ways to better control of their fatigue and shortness of breath * patients attend weekly sessions for up to 3 times per week or a total of 36 sessions
- Retina Clinic Clinic providing medical support to those with macular degeneration, complex retinal detachments and diabetic retinopathy
- Rheumatology Clinic Treatment to a wide variety of inflammatory arthritis and rheumatic diseases affecting muscles, bones and joints
- Scleroderma Clinic Medical care to patients who have various conditions, such as Raynaud's phenomenon, scleroderma, morphea and eosinophilic fasciitis
- Sjogren's Clinic Offer thorough assessment and perform biopsies to those with damage to their salivary, tear and mucous-secreting glands
- Spinal Cord Clinic Provide comprehensive medical care and treatment to those with disorders of the spine and spinal cord injuries
- STAT clinic Assess and treat rheumatology patients on a semi-urgent basis
- Swallowing Clinic (Progression) Hospital-based outpatient program for people who have swallowing disorders * services may include:
- Toronto West Regional Stroke Prevention Clinic Provides treatment and support for stroke patients
- Tourette Syndrome Neurodevelopmental Clinic Consultation regarding diagnosis and management of symptoms * education about Tourette syndrome and its related conditions * pharmacological management and follow-up * recommendations for home, school and other agencies
- Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) Clinic operates Monday to Friday, with psychiatrists available for assessments. The clinicians who work in UCC also work in Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) and participate in the initial assessment with the psychiatrist and can offer short term follow up.
