Description of Services

Provides short-term counselling, case management and advocacy to clients

helps people with a range of concerns including income support, family and relationship issues, feelings of depression and anxiety, trauma counselling, coping with illness, and dealing with past or current problem of drug/alcohol use
offers up to 8 sessions * each counselling session lasts approximately 45 minutes
social workers help clients discover their own strengths, work with them to find suitable solutions to their problems, and access resources in the community
